This addictive chilli jam is absolutely amazing with our toasties and has quite the cult following at our counter for added hot sauce when ordering a grilled cheese.

Backstory:

In spite of Michael (Aunty) Adam’s extensive art collection and his infamous tenure as Chief Magistrate, it’s his chilli jam that he will be most remembered for, and that just goes to show how delicious it is!

The flavour is consistently warm, complex, bold and sweet like the man himself!
