“The most special time of the year at Inkwell is when we pick and ferment the Black & Blue at the end of each vintage. This vintage fortified wine was matured in small, reconditioned 100 year old fortified barrels for two years. There are only 600 bottles made”.

Flavours of Christmas and chocolate cake with notes of cedar cigar box. It has a finish of fresh acidity balanced with a beautiful and generous finish of lush deep dark berries.

One of our absolute favourite fortified wines of Australia and a must have with Colston Bassett Stilton or Rogue River Special Reserve Blue.
