Selected for us by Affineur and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Rodolphe Le Meunier, Ganix is a natural-rinded ewe’s milk blue from the Basque Country.

Approachable yet complex, the bone coloured paste has a healthy mottling of blue mould and stays on the sweeter, grape must side of the blue field, with minimal attack or spice in the finish. A great mild blue for novices.
