Dreaming Goat Dairy’s labne is a traditional middle eastern yoghurt cheese - tangy and salted. It is perfect as a dip with a pour of olive oil and dusting of dukkah, or served with grilled meats or sweet roasted vegetables.

Dreaming Goat Dairy is a small scale dairy goat farm in Monegeetta run by passionate cheese maker Sarah Ajzner and partner Daniel. Their herd of only 24 goats are milked daily and rotated to fresh pasture weekly.
