Made with Marcel Petite Comté, Swiss Gruyere, shallots, wine, garlic, Dijon mustard and Gary’s Meats ham off the bone
Cooking tips:
Sandwich Press: use baking paper top and bottom to ensure no burning. cook for 5 mins.
Frying Pan:
Pre-head the oven to 180°C.
Apply a small amount of butter to a non-stick frying pan and heat to medium heat.
Place the toasties on the frying pan and cook for 3 mins. Flip and cook for another 3 mins.
Transfer the toasties to a baking pan and place in the oven for 2 mins.
Finish with salt and serve.
