Handcrafted, it is the perfect combination of goat's milk and the finest summer truffle there is. Its thin rind is covered with vegetable charcoal bringing a slight bitterness to the mouth. Its paste is chalky and white and its texture is creamy fudge like. Its taste is fruity, with notes of hazelnuts and cream, all delicately enhanced by truffle.
