This type of cheese, produced with a semi-hard cheese technology, is a cross between a Raclette style cheese and a Gouda style. It is made with pasteurised certified-organic cow’s milk.
The paste is firm and elastic, yet creamy and melty; with a natural rind and a flavour of sweet lactic notes and a gentle raw cashew character through the middle of the palate.
This is the perfect all afternoon grazing cheese that works well on a Ploughman’s board.
