Chabichou du Poitou is a little tower of goaty goodness from the Poitou Charantes region of central, western France. A mild but complex cheese with a wonderful sweet, slightly acidic taste and a delicate tangy flavour.

It can be added to salads, used in cooking or as is, with a little honey and walnut.

A wonderful cheese to pair with most light white wines, champagne or sparkling.
